Well, our first summer and fall of gardening is behind us and we loved every minute of it. We just took our last raspberries off the bush a few days ago and I'm still harvesting 12" long parsnips on a regular basis. Without further adieu, here's a snap of our produce.

The Kaleva Beach potatoes we found and used to start part of our crop.
We harvested over 50 pounds of potatoes! |
The "Three Amigos" bulging with tomatoes
We planted way too much kale! Lots in the freezer. |
We ate raspberries right until the end of October.
Ok they're not the cutest cucumbers but they were good! |
More beets next year. They're soooo sweet! |
They started on our window ledges and the finished off hanging from cups hooks in our windows. Looked like Christmas.
Tomato soup, tomato paste, tomato sauce... |
Our 7 cu ft. freezer is full! Food for a winter!
Jim's already scheming and dreaming about next year's crops while I figure out how to use 25 + containers of tomato sauce in the freezer.
Stay tuned!
